Tele2 appoints Anton Kondratov as chief commercial officer at Moscow macroregion

Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has appointed Anton Kondratov as chief commercial officer at Tele2 Moscow macroregion.

At this post, Anton Kondratov will be in charge of planning and managing commercial operations of the Moscow macroregion. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing the pricing policy in the region, launching new products and services for individuals and corporate clients. The macroregion’s chief commercial officer also supervises development of the retail network and mobile equipment, planning and control over implementation of strategic indicators in all aspects of commercial operations.

Anton Kondratov has graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with PhD in Technical Sciences. He started his career in 2004 at OJSC “Central Telegraph” where he headed the centre for cyber and mobile services. He joined Moscow Cellular Communications (Sky Link – Moscow) in 2007: here he rose from the head of the Moscow dealer network department to the company’s all-Russia business development director. In 2011-2012, he headed the Kaluga subdivision at SkyLink. Following integration with Rostelecom in 2013, Anton was appointed as director of the commercial department for mobile business in Moscow Region. In April 2014, he headed CDMA business of the Moscow macroregion at Tele2. Between March 2015 to January 2017, Anton Kondratov held the post of the operator’s subdivision in Irkutsk.
