Tele2 releases new 4G smartphone

Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has expanded a range of branded devices and launched a new 4G smartphone − Tele2 Maxi Plus. The device is distinguished by enlarged display and built-in storage, improved camera characteristics.

Tele2 Maxi Plus with numerous functions has no peers among other branded smartphones. The device has an enlarged display (5.5 inch screen), it is operated by Android 6.0 and powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core Mediatek CPU. The smartphone has two cameras: the main one that shoots pictures at 13 megapixels and a front 5-megapixel camera.

Tele2 Maxi Plus is operating on 2G/3G/4G networks and has slots for two SIMS: the first one for Tele2 services, the second one can be used for any other SIMs. A built-in storage of 16GB can easily be expanded with micro SD up to 32GB capacity. The device has preinstalled Tele2 applications: Tele2 TV, Zvooq, My Tele2 and Gudok. The smartphone is available at a price of 7 790 rubles, which is valid without any special conditions and additional services.

Smartphones are available in black and white colors. Devices are already sold in Tele2 stores as well as online. The Tele2 online store is offering a full range of smartphones released under its brand – Mini, Midi, Maxi, Midi LTE and Maxi LTE.

The release of high-quality and affordable devices contributes to the growth of smartphones on the operator’s network. Over 2016, this indicator has reached almost 50% of all registered smartphones, 14% of these gadgets support the LTE technology.
