Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has entered the top 100 of Russia’s employers for the 2nd time in a row based on the HeadHunter research. The company has moved nine places up and has been ranked 14th.
The Best Employers ranking is based on three indicators: it takes into consideration opinion of candidates, feedback provided by employees and expert appraisal of corporate HR departments.
Based on 2016 results, Tele2 has entered the top 100 list and has taken the 14th place having improved its position by nine places over one year. Tele2 has been recognized as employer with well-developed HR processes and named one of the most attractive companies for candidates.

In 2016, Tele2 became an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Approved Employer. The status recognizes high standards of employee training in finance and accounting. The ACCA approval also confirms efficiency of the operator’s investment in human capital and defines the company as a responsible employer with a strong HR brand.
