Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has launched Tele2 Praktik, an annual paid internship for students of Russia’s universities− Tele2Praktik. This year, young people from 13 regions of our country may join the Tele2 team.
Over 300 young professionals from various Russian cities have taken part in the program over the history of its existence. This year Tele2 welcomes students from Chelyabinsk, Kaluga, Khabarovsk, Kostroma, Krasnodar, Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don and St. Petersburg. Finalists will get an opportunity to work in one of major telecom companies over two summer months. As a part of Tele2 Praktik, Tele2 interns get a salary and enjoy all social guarantees.
Students may chose the following departments for their internship: technical and legal departments, marketing, HR, customer service, sales, finance, marketing and products. Candidates will be shortlisted following several selection stages. They have to fill in the registration form first and then will be invited for the test to the company’s office. Successful candidates will have to pass an interview with an HR specialist and a business game. The final stage includes interview where finalists will meet their mentors.
From the very first day, interns take part in the company’s current projects, undergo different trainings and get valuable experience under the guidance of their mentors.
After a two-month program comes to an end, mentors will make appraisal of an intern’s work. Most successful candidates will be able to stay in the company and work flexible hours without interrupting their studies.
To apply for participation in the program Tele2 Praktik, it is necessary to fill in a form at the company’s website prior to 30 April 2016 by selecting a necessary region. The central HQ, Tele2 offices in Yekaterinburg and Perm accept applications till 19 April.
