Deputy CEO for Organizational Development and Human Resources Management at Tele2

Elena Ivanova graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University holding a degree in applied linguistics and the Lomonosov Moscow State University, department of psychology, with a degree in HR management.

Starting from 2000 Elena held different leading positions in HR management in such companies as Coca Cola Company (Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia), the Prodo holding company and Danone Nutricia (Russia and Kazakhstan).

In 2012-2013, Elena worked as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Cherkizovo Group.

In August 2013, Elena Ivanova took up the post of Deputy CEO for Organizational Development and Human Resources Management at Tele2.
