Nikolay Surikov

Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance at Tele2

Nikolay Surikov was born in Leningrad in 1975. He graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, faculty of accounting and audit.

In 1996−2004, Nikolay worked in St. Petersburg, Milano and Moscow branches of the global accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he worked as a specialist and manager of the auditing department.

In 2004, Nikolay headed directorate for corporate reporting at MTS company. In 2009, Nikolay Surikov was appointed as Director for Finance and Operations at VTB Factoring. In 2012−2015, he held the post of Chief Financial Officer at CTC Media holding.

In 2015, Nikolay Surikov was appointed Chief Financial Officer at M. Video group of companies. In 2016−2017, Nikolay worked as financial manager in private IT holding and was responsible for integration of subsidiaries, raise in marginality and work with credit institutions.

Nikolay Surikov joined Tele2 team in May 2017 and took up the post of Chief Financial Officer. Nikolay is in charge of drafting and implementing the company’s financial policy, developing the projects that contribute to Tele2 business marginality. Nikolay is currently holding the post of Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance at Tele2.

Nikolay is also a member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
