Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has launched the electronic document management system for corporate clients. The new service is making procedure on signing up with the operator more simple and fast. B2B subscribers no longer need to visit the Tele2 offices to sign the documents.
The electronic document management offers an easy way to exchange legal documentary and sign agreements with corporate clients. Thanks to this service, clients may send and keep all the information necessary to sign the contract for communications services in electronic format.
EDM has considerably cut the time needed to sign up with Tele2: it is no longer necessary to go to the office to become the operator’s corporate client. Any company or individual businessman having an electronic signature may create their own personal cabinet at edo.tele2.ru.
After having registered at the website, the companies have to send their charter documents necessary for authorization and compile the contract for communications services. After the sides sign the documents by email, Tele2 managers connect the clients and send SIMs having previously found out convenient time and delivery address.
Besides, the EDM system allows Tele2 corporate clients to sign additional agreements, register applications for connecting services and switching corporate numbers onto the Tele2 network under MNP.
More information on Tele2 corporate tariffs is available at the operator’s website msk.tele2.ru/business.
